This Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you and BOBODOO PTE. LTD, governing your use of our website (“Website”), our mobile applications (“Apps” or “our App”) that link to these Terms, or any other websites, pages, features, or content owned and operated by us that link to these Terms (collectively, “Services”). These Terms explain the terms and conditions that will govern your use of the Services.
We ("us", "we", "the games", "our games", "the apps", "our apps" or "the Applications") reserves the right to make changes to modify the Terms of Use at any time, please check the most current Terms of Use to ensure that you are aware of our Terms regulating your use of our games.
The Terms form a legally binding contract between Users and us, all Users shall use the Services in accordance with the Terms. So please read them carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not wish to be bound by these Terms, please do not use the Services.
If you are a minor, your guardian shall read and agree to all provisions of this Agreement on your behalf. If your guardian do not agree to the provisions of the Terms, you may not launch or use the App.
We are not responsible or liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain that result from your use of, or inability to use of the App.
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these terms or any future amended version, then you must not access, use our App. Otherwise, your access, use of our Services shall be deemed to agree any future updated version of them.
Your privacy matters to us, we promise to exercise the utmost care and attention to its security measures to ensure the safe management of any and all information handled by users. You can learn how your information is handled when you use the Services by reading our Privacy Policy.
If we determine that you have clearly, seriously or repeatedly violated our terms or policies, we may suspend or permanently disable access to your account without prior notice or liability to you.
None of our Terms of Use shall be deemed to create an agency, joint venture, employer-employee relationship between us and any user.
You may purchase and/or otherwise acquire (for example, by completing offers or viewing in-game advertisements) virtual, in-game digital items and content, ("Virtual Goods"). You may be able to purchase certain Virtual Goods using "real world" currency and/or Virtual Currency (which you may earn by playing the game and/or purchase using "real world" currency) at your discretion. We are the sole provider and issuer of Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency, and only App users may use them.
If you purchase Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency, you agree to the pricing, payment and billing policies applicable thereto. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the authority to use any payment method you choose, which includes obtaining approval from the account holder/parent/guardian, if applicable. It is your responsibility to ensure that this authorization is maintained at all material times. Do not make inappropriate refund or chargeback requests. You are responsible for paying applicable fees and taxes. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Virtual Goods and Virtual Currency do not expire, but we reserve the right to change or amend that if necessary. We are not obliged to provide Virtual Goods or Virtual Currency to you. We reserve the right to revoke from users (without notice or compensation) any Virtual Goods and/or Virtual Currency that have been obtained by users by way of (for example) bug, hack or exploitation of our Services or promotional offers.
In some of our applications, you may be required to pay a subscription fee. You are subject to these terms and conditions, the fees for the subscription service, the payment method, and other terms and conditions of use posted on the service.
To purchase a subscription, you must provide a valid and acceptable payment method (such as a debit or credit card) to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By submitting such information, you agree and warrant that the Apple App Store or Google Play Store has the right to use or provide that information to third parties for payment processing. You may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by Apple or Google.
These Terms of Use are only between you and us, and not with the applicable Third-Party App Store. Each Third-Party App Store may have its own terms and conditions to which you must agree before downloading the Service from it. You agree to comply with, and your license to use the Service is conditioned upon, your compliance with, the applicable Third-Party App Store terms and conditions.
The Service may contain links to websites operated by third parties ("Third Party Sites"). For example, you may be able to share Contributions or other information with Third Party Sites through links on the Service; However, we do not own or operate the Third Party Sites, and we have not reviewed, and cannot review, all of the material, including goods or services, made available through Third Party Sites. The availability of these links on the Service does not represent, warrant or imply that we endorse any Third-Party Sites or any materials, opinions, goods or services available on them.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. BY OPERATING THE SERVICES, WE DO NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT OR IMPLY THAT WE ENDORSE ANY USER CONTENT OR CONTRIBUTIONS AVAILABLE ON OR LINKED TO BY THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, CONTENT OR CONTRIBUTIONS HOSTED ON THIRD PARTY SITES. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DO NOT PROMISE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
If any provision in these T&C is held invalid, the remainder of these T&C shall continue to be enforceable. If any provision in these T&C is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision is deemed severable from these T&C and the remaining provisions are still valid and enforceable.
